Company intelligence

Your company intelligence. At work in every AI tool.

The Atlas knows your clients, your matters, and how your firm works. It feeds that into your AI tools while you draft — and runs your firm's workflows to produce finished work. On your team's existing AI subscriptions.

It works

Your firm's workflows, running inside the tools you already use.

The Atlas doesn't just know the facts — it knows how your firm does the task. Tell it what you need, and it fires your workflow — the steps, your positions, and your template. What comes back is finished work.

What your company intelligence does

It knows. It feeds. It works.

It knows

Ask the Atlas anything about your clients, matters, and positions. Answers grounded in the firm's real knowledge — no re-explaining.

It feeds

While you draft, the right context loads into the conversation. Output that sounds like your firm, not a template.

It works

Your firm's workflows fire into the AI tool — steps, positions, template — and come back as finished work.

What changes

The work feels different from day one.

Briefed in seconds.

The context that took ten minutes of re-explaining loads before the first word is typed.

Senior-quality on day one.

Juniors produce work grounded in the firm's own positions — work that reads like the partner wrote it.

Knowledge that stays.

When people move on, what they knew keeps working for the whole team.

Where it runs

A companion app, docked beside your AI tool.

Mayia runs on the desktop as a companion to Claude — and across ChatGPT and Gemini via the browser extension. It feeds context, fires workflows, and captures new facts as they emerge, all on your firm's own AI subscriptions.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Yes. The Mayia browser extension only reads the active tab — it never has access to your file system, email, or other browser tabs. Your Atlas data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing you store in Mayia is ever used to train AI models.

Mayia runs primarily as a desktop companion app docked beside Claude, where it feeds context and runs your firm's workflows. It also works as a browser extension alongside Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for context loading in any chat tool. Install once — the companion and extension work together.

Built-in AI memory is per-user, inferred from past conversations, and can't be edited or shared. Custom GPTs are per-tool and require technical setup. Mayia Atlas is intentionally built by your team, structured by layer, visible and editable by everyone, and works across Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. You always see exactly what context is being used — and you can change it.

You don't build it by hand. Facts come in automatically from the systems your firm already uses — SharePoint, email, prior work — through Mayia's connectors. Workflows are learned by observing real work: Mayia proposes what it observed, your team confirms the method. The result is company intelligence that reflects how your firm actually works, not a manually maintained database.

Currently Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. We're actively adding more tools and connectors — including ways to pull context into your Atlas directly from the places your team already works.

Most teams are up and running the same day. Install the extension, configure your workspace Atlas, and start adding client context as you go. There's no complex IT deployment, no SSO requirement for the Team plan, and no lengthy onboarding process.

No. Mayia runs on your firm's existing AI subscriptions — Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini — so there's no per-query AI cost added by Mayia. Your team uses the accounts you already have. The only cost from Mayia is the seat licence, which covers the Atlas, workflows, and connector sync.

It learns by watching. When your team works through a task, Mayia observes the method and proposes a workflow — which steps were taken, which positions applied, which template was used. Your team reviews and confirms it. For a brand-new task type, a quick voice note or written run-through is enough to teach the approach. The more your firm uses it, the more the Atlas reflects how you actually work.

€40 per seat per month, billed monthly. No long-term contracts — add or remove seats at any time. Enterprise pricing is custom based on team size and requirements. Get in touch and we'll put together something that works for your organisation.

Your Atlas belongs to the organisation, not the individual. When someone leaves, their access is removed but the context stays — structured, intact, and immediately available to whoever picks up their work. That's the point.
