2. Data we collect

• Contact details you submit through the demo form (name, email, firm), delivered to us via our form-processing provider, Formspree.
• Account and usage data when you use the Mayia application.
• Content our customers choose to connect to their Atlas, which we process on the customer's instructions.

3. Why we process it and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
• Providing the service — performance of a contract.
• Improving the service — legitimate interest.
• Complying with legal obligations to which we are subject.

4. Customer content

The firm's Atlas belongs to the customer. Mayia processes Atlas content as a processor on the customer's documented instructions. Customer content is not used to train AI models.

5. Sharing

We share personal data with service providers who support the operation of the website and the service (such as hosting and form processing). We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by our providers under appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. [To be confirmed.]
